Request for Proposals: Financial Resilience Plan for KW Library of Things

Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a financial resilience plan for our social enterprise, the KW Library of Things.
Background: EAFWR received a 2-year grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to adapt and expand our previous employment project (Practicum Librarian project from 2018, specifically within KW Library of Things). In our emerging fee-for-service model, we will need a sustainability plan that projects growth, explores and researches ongoing prospective funding and equipment partnerships in the community and sets medium to long-term goals for growth and engagement.
The successful bidder will be contracted for this specific project over the period of January 2 to March 31, 2025, with specific milestones in place, mutually agreed upon by both parties.

EAFWR invites you to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of the following solicitation. Proposals must be received by EAFWR no later than Tuesday November 5, 2024, at 5:00 pm EST.
