Teen Summer Respite Days
Our Teen Summer Respite Days are designed to give caregivers a well-deserved break, while teens ages 13–17 enjoy meaningful, hands-on experiences filled with connection, discovery, and joy in safe, welcoming settings. This summer, we will have day experiences each week on Fridays from July 7 to August 25, 2026.
NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a lunch that does not require to be heated. Must be able to provide own personal care.
Families can register through MyCommunityHub and pay online through credit card. If Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region administers your SSAH funding and you wish to use these funds to pay for the costs, a coupon code will be emailed to you that you can use when registering.
Registration for our Teen Summer Respite Days is now open!
