Registration is OPEN for Extend-A-Family’s 2nd Annual Community Ball Hockey Tournament! Join us Saturday, September 26th for a day of fun with new and old friends and family.Jeff Horst and friends

Tournament Information:

The Ball Hockey Tournament will be a fun, non-competitive round-robin style tournament broken up into 2 divisions – 16 & up and family/mixed ages, and each team will have a minimum of 5 players: 4 on 4 plus a goalie. You need to register a minimum of 5 players for a team, and a maximum of 7. If the team you are registering has less than 5 as of September 26th, the tournament organizers will add single registrants to your team roster. Teams will be placed in divisions based on information provided at time of registration. The day will also include children’s activities, games and music, and lunch and refreshments will be provided to all participants of the tournament. (For individuals not registered in the tournament, meal tickets can also be purchased for $5.00).

Each registrant will be entered into a draw for a grand prize, and there will also be raffle prizes so bring some cash along if you want to bid on these items! ($5 for an arm’s length of raffle tickets)

It is mandatory for each participant to have running shoes, a helmet (with a  face protector or cage for players under 17) and a stick when they are in active play. Gloves, shin pads and elbow pads are recommended but not required, and goaltenders should provide their own goaltending equipment. We encourage teams to wear matching coloured shirts or jerseys.


The registration fee must be paid prior to or on September 26th in order to be confirmed for play. As of September 1, single registration is $15.00 and a team is $75.00.
