Autism Direct Funding (ADF) Applications – NOW AVAILABLE
Autism Direct Funding is granted through a joint initiative between Developmental Services Resource Centre (DSRC) and Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region (EAFWR). Families may be eligible to receive up to $500 in funding (e.g. for summer camp fees, 1:1 support, respite or a skill development program). Applications are considered based on equitable criteria and funding is not guaranteed.
Please be advised Autism Direct Funding Applications will not be mailed to families for the 2017/18 fiscal year. Applications will be available on our website from March 1st, 2017 until March 31st 2017. If you are unable to access the application online, paper copies will be available to pick up at DSRC (205-1120 Victoria St. N. Kitchener, ON N2B 3T2, Ph: 519-741-1121). All completed paper applications need to be returned to DSRC by March 31st in order to be considered. Unfortunately no applications can be accepted after the deadline.
