Announcement:
Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region will be holding their Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at 91 Moore Ave, Kitchener. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
The following proposed change to the corporation’s by-law will also be voted on.
Current Bylaw:
V.2: Membership
1. Fifty percent of Board members will be made up of family members served by the Corporation.
Proposed Change:
The Board is proposing that the above bylaw be eliminated from the bylaws and be replaced by a policy which will state that fifty percent of the Board members have a family affiliation.
Change: Article V: Board of Directors
V.2: Membership
a) There shall be 10 Directors elected from the individual members of the Corporation.
Proposed Change:
a) There shall be a minimum of 10 Directors elected from the individual members of the corporation.
