What’s the biggest thing happening in Waterloo Region in November? Why, the 5th Annual Inclusion Celebration and Awards, of course! on November 27th come join community builders, Chief Bryan Larkin, and 2015 Juno Nominee Alysha Brilla for an incredible and inspiring evening! Conestoga College is hosting a Trades and Hospitality Open House at their Waterloo Campus November 7th from 11am-1pm. The Open House provides an interactive opportunity to learn about all the great hospitality and trades programs that Conestoga has to offer. Faculty, current students and select services will be available to answer questions and share their experiences at Conestoga. Tour labs and shops and speak directly to faculty and students in the programs you are interested in.

The Frederick Art Walk takes place Nov. 7th from 10am-5pm! Join in Celebrating the15th Anniversary of The Frederick Art Walk! From it’s humble beginnings as an annual pottery sale in one home in the Central Frederick neighbourhood to a thriving craft walk featuring over 70 artists in 28 heritage homes.

November 11th marks Remembrance Day – there will be many services across Waterloo Region honouring veterans and those who have served. Some advance details can be found here.

Starting November 18th, Open Space Waterloo has a new time and a new home! Join us at Games On Tap from 6:30-8:30pm Wednesday evenings for fun and community! (November 4th and 11th evenings will still be held at Seven Shores Cafe)

November 20th, come out for a young adults’ Karaoke Night at the Bridgeport Community Centre. This free event is for individuals with a disability who are age 12 and up, there will be pizza and pop for purchase for $5.00.
