Mental Health First Aid Training, an Opening Minds Program, provides you with the skills needed to support individuals who are navigating mental health crises or challenges. This workshop will help you to identify common signs of distress, and you will learn how you can provide immediate support and resources until professional assistance becomes available.
This training includes an online module, followed by an in-person training. Spots are limited and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will close one week in advance of the in-person training date, so registrants can complete the required online module before the in-person training.
