Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region’s 2025 DSP & Self-Advocacy Conference

**Join us on April 4 and 5, 2025 for Voices in Action: Empowering Inclusive Change Together, a conference for self-advocates and direct support people, presented by Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region.**

This year’s conference will focus on helping participants develop and nurture the critical skill of self-advocacy, equipping them with the practical knowledge and tools to confidently navigate various areas and settings including the medical field, government agencies and their personal lives.

Friday April 4, 9am-4pm
Saturday April 5, 9am-12:30pm

Where:
Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, 700 Hespeler Road, Cambridge, Ontario

Coffee, tea and baked goods will be provided on both days. Lunch will be available ONLY on Friday April 4.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis and spots are limited.

This conference is for Direct Support People who work in the community, day programs, group homes, people with disabilities, families, community agencies and community members.

Please note that registration is on first come, first serve basis.
