Wellness Wednesday: Tai Chi (VIRTUAL)

The Kitchener Library is partnering with Cold Mountain Internal Arts for a Tai Chi lesson to learn an introductory Qigong and part of the Traditional Yang-style Tai Chi. This session will be approximately 45 minutes with time for questions at the end. This is a free event.
