Special Services at Home is tailored for 0-17 year-olds with a developmental and/or physical disability who are Ontario residents. Focusing on personal growth and development, family relief and support, funding helps families pay for services in or in community.
Individualized support can be used for learning new skills, practicing existing ones, improving communication, becoming more independent, participating in community activities or following through on personalized goals.
