Fueling Your Fast: Healthy Habits for Ramadan

Discover how to support your body and mind during Ramadan! This program at Kitchener Public Library offers guidance on choosing foods that help keep you full, hydrated, and balanced during the fasting period. It will discuss helpful ingredients, mindful eating practices, and simple wellness tips you can incorporate throughout the month.

This program will be led by Dr. Saima Khan.
