Join Four Fathers Brewing Co. on Sunday March 8th, 2026 for a bright and uplifting morning of connection, movement, and restoration in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Empower HER is a thoughtfully curated wellness experience designed to honour the strength, resilience, and beauty of women. Set in the warm, cozy atmosphere of The IV Loft at Four Fathers Brewing Co., this morning invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share space with a supportive community of women.
The experience begins with an Empowerment Workshop focused on self reflection, followed by a soothing Yoga Session designed to release tension and restore balance. You’ll then unwind with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
The morning wraps with a Social Hour, where charcuterie/grazing boards are served and the bar opens, giving you time to connect and unwind together. Guests can enjoy a selection of craft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and more.
