Crisis Prevention by Safe Management provides knowledge and strategies about dealing with difficult situations. You will learn how to build positive relationships, practice verbal and non-verbal de-escalation techniques, avoid injuries if behavior escalates to a physical level, and more.
This training occurs over two-days in the same week, with six-hours each day.
