Autism Workshops are engaging learning opportunities that explore a variety of topics about how to support a person with Autism. These workshops are offered by Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region in partnership with Central West Respite Training Committee and KidsAbility.
This workshop is designed to address the needs of those living with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Anxiety. It will provide parents and support workers with the ability to recognize the signs of anxiety and provide strategies to help individuals manage their anxiety and increase their coping skills.
