Understanding Conflict & Communication – Foundations (Part 1)

Understanding Conflict and Communication – Foundations is a workshop for personal and professional development. You will become more aware of your preferred conflict style, learn to recognize others’ conflict styles and identify situations where each conflict mode can be used most effectively.

This 2-hour workshop is designed for people who provide support and is open to all community members.
