2SLGBTQ+ Mindful Movement Group (IN-PERSON)

This group will explore movement and dance, and how we can connect with others and with ourselves in an open and meaningful way. Participants will use movement and dance to support being present and exploring new ways to move more freely, while also focusing on having fun and enjoying dance together. Crayola Calligraphy (VIRTUAL)
