Do You Need a Summer Worker?

If you need a worker for additional support this summer, we are asking that you let your EAFWR Support Coordinator know by MAY 1, 2013.
Our focus is to find the best possible match and giving us as much time as you can helps to support the matching process.  Please remember that while we will always do our best, we may not be able to provide a worker on short notice.  Thank you and we look forward to a great summer!   CALL US - 519-741-0190!

MARCH 31, 2013  =  END OF YEAR!!!

YES March 31st is Extend-A-Family's YEAR END for all contracts so please make sure

 ALL PAY CARDS are in by Monday April 1st ,

and ALL INVOICES for reimbursement are in by Monday April 1st

 so they can be paid before contracts are closed…!!!

APRIL 1, 2013 =  NEW CONTRACT YEAR

All SSAH and Passport contract approvals have already been sent to families for the new contract year.

EAF Coordinators will be in touch will all families and workers to confirm, plan and set up with families and workers for the next contract year beginning April 1, 2013

Proposed Changes to the Passport Program

To:  All Individuals/Families who currently receive Passport funding (adults 18 years or older)

Re:  Proposed changes to the Passport Program guidelines for April 1, 2013

Earlier this week the Ministry of Community and Social Services released its proposed changes to the Passport Program for April 1, 2013 in its Spotlight on Transformation bulletin. Click here to read it.

The Ministry wants to hear from individuals/families about these proposed changes.   You have the opportunity to provide comments on theses proposed changes by:
