Do you know someone who has made an impact in the area of inclusion?
Someone who views everyone as a contributing and participating citizen in their community?
Someone who takes steps to ensure opportunities are available to everyone?
To honour such a person, Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region is welcoming nominations for its First Annual Inclusion Award to be presented at its Inclusion Celebration on June 13, 2011.
Nominations are welcomed via the Extend-A-Family website (eafwr.on.ca), or by requesting a Nomination Package from our office by calling 519.741.0190.
Nominations must be received by May 24, 2011.
