Volunteers for Gardening Club

WALES is looking for a few volunteers to support adults in the gardening club.

Volunteers should be committed and enjoy gardening.

Time commitment: 2hrs/week during the summer months. Day and time to be determined upon availability of volunteers.

Pay Stub Notice for Workers

Extend A Family Waterloo Region, in keeping with its environmentally friendly policies, as well as reducing costs, introduced electronic pay stubs (e-post) to its workers last summer and urged all workers to sign up for the free services.

Effective April 1^st, 2013, Extend A Family will no longer mail pay stubs and anyone who hasn't signed up…

Santa at EAFWR on the News

Nilcole Lampa from CTV news has been doing a series about autism. For the 5th part of her series she came to EAFWR to see the impact that providing a place for kids (who typically would not be able to go out to the malls,etc) to meet Santa in a calm and nonjudgemental enviornment.
